Orders:

How Can I Place An Order?

Once you find that perfect light, simply click "Add to Cart " beneath the price. From there, you may continue shopping or click on "PayPal" to complete your shopping. Enter your e-mail address. (Please double-check this so we can update you on the status of your order.) Then enter your name, address, city, country, and mobile number. Please note we cannot ship to a PO box, we must have a physical address.

If you have a valid discount code, you may enter it in the " Discount" field located on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click on the "Apply" button in order to have your discount calculated and applied to your order.

Continue by clicking the “Continue to shipping ” button. Please make sure you have input the delivery address correctly (if different from your billing address.) Once everything is completed, click on “Continue on to Payment Method.” You will need to enter your payment details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.

Once you have completed the form, click on the "Complete Order" button. You will be brought to a screen that provides an order summary together with an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail.

How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?

At 20-50% off manufacturer list prices, you will not find a lower price than at GOSUNVAULT. We monitor our competitor's websites and adjust our prices accordingly. GOSUNVAULT accepts PayPal, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and JCB. Your card will be debited when we can confirm the shipping time. You will be given the option via e-mail to cancel your order or to wait for any item that may be temporarily out of stock or back-ordered.

Why Was My Payment Refused?

There are various reasons why a payment has not been accepted: check that the problem does not concern an error in entering the details of the credit card used to place the order, such as expiry date, circuit, and number. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service.

How Can I Use My Promotional Code?

If you have a promotional code, you can use it at the time of purchase in the shopping cart during the summary phase of the selected products.

How Does GOSUNVAULT Deliver My Items To Me?

Most items are shipped via FedEx. Out-of-stock items will ship directly from the manufacturer. We process your order within 24 hours. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Most items will ship within 2 weeks. (If specific items take longer, it will be noted on that item's information page.) As always, we will notify you via e-mail if the normal delivery time cannot be met. Please inspect your items when you receive them, late returns will entail a restocking fee.

How much are shipping and handling?

Spend just $39 and shipping is free. Otherwise, shipping is only $5.99 PER ITEM. GOSUNVAULT will ship anything to anywhere

Do you offer discounts for purchases over $1500?

It depends on the manufacturer. Some purchases may qualify for special pricing and/or shipping. We will gladly pass those savings, if available, from the manufacturer to you.

Do you guarantee prices for any period of time?

We strive to provide great products at low prices. The only time our prices change is to reflect changes in pricing from the manufacturers. Also, we pass any savings on to you if a manufacturer reduces the cost of an item.

Are your prices accurate?

We work hard to make sure all prices shown on our site are the lowest allowable prices we can sell online. We reserve the right to not fulfill an order due to a price typo. We would never intentionally display a price that is unusually low just to attract attention. Not our style.

Returns:

How Can I Make A Return?

To request a return, contact Customer Services via this link, providing information about your order: order number, e-mail address used for the order, and the reason for your return. Customer Service is at your disposal to clarify any doubts about the procedure to follow.

How Can I Check The Status Of My Return?

You can monitor the delivery to our warehouse directly on the courier's website, using the tracking code indicated in the e-mail confirming the return procedure.

Can I Return A Faulty Product?

If the product received has defects, GOSUNVAULT will assume full responsibility for the return. Contact our Customer Service. If the customer wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal and return the purchased product, the transport costs will be charged to him/her.

How Long Should I Take To Return An Item?

The return request must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of the order.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Upon the arrival of the goods in our warehouse, the items will be subject to quality checks to ensure that the return complies with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. No refunds will be given for products received in a condition that does not comply with these terms and conditions. If your return is accepted, you will be notified by email and will receive a credit card refund on the payment method used for the purchase within approximately 30 days from the date the items were returned to our warehouse.
